In this work, we consider the performance analysis of state dependent priority traffic and scheduling in device to (D2D) heterogeneous networks. There are two transmission types data wireless communication, such as video or telephone, which always meet requirements high (HP) first. If there is a large amount low (LP) data, will be LP that cannot sent. This situation cause excessive delay packet dropping probability. order solve problem, process queue studied.
